The goal for this course is to set steps into creating a growth mindset. Through reflection and self-analysis, I was able to be vulnerable and truthfully with myself when addressing my mindset for the implementation of the Applied Digital Learning teachings. I determined that I want and strive for a growth mindset, but still have fixed mindset towards my own learning and forgiveness.
Change Towards a Growth Mindset
In the literature by Dweck, I explore the importance of a growth mindset. This plan details the four steps I will take to improve myself in order to become a better person and leader. Through the four steps, I will obtain and implement the Power of Yet.
Implementing the Power of Yet, I reflected on my beliefs and principle of learning. This manifesto includes my goals, beliefs, and accomplishments. Here I dive in to the path education is heading with the use of efficient technological strategies.
