Do We Absorb like Sponges or Stretch like Slime?

I proposed to myself, in my Growth Mindset Plan, to reflect weekly over my experiences. Similar to Two Truths and a Lie, I challenged myself to write Two Glows and a Grow. It is easy for me to hyperfocus on the negative and forget how much I have improved. So let's give this a go!
Week of November 11, 2024: Glow 1: I improved my Growth Mindset Plan. Grow 1: I forgot to do this entry, hence, one glow.
Week of November 18, 2024: Glow 1: Copier was down at work, which forced me to get creative with the lessons for my students. They learned a lot about Google Docs. Glow 2: I started Yoga consistently! Grow 1: I procrastinated on the Learning Manifesto because i couldn't wrap my head around it.
Week of November 25, 2024: This week was awesome! Glow: 1. I spent much needed time with my family. 2. We went to Disneyland and had a blast. Grow: 1. I had to much fun and had to pull an all nighter.
Week of December 2, 2024: It was the calmest work week in forever. Glow: 1. I have a plan for bus duty which is a mess. 2. I am getting back in the routine of making videos of my lessons for the kids. Grow: 1. I need to eat better and exercise. With the chaos, I have let myself go and I feel heavy.
